Job Summary: We are seeking a Documentary Assistant for oncology clinical trials, responsible for managing and reviewing documentation, updating platforms, and ensuring confidentiality. Throughout our history, START has provided hope to cancer patients in global communities, offering them access to cutting-edge clinical trials in the United States and Europe. Today, with over 1,300 studies conducted and research centers in the United States, Spain, Portugal, and Ireland, START's mission is to accelerate the development of new cancer therapies that improve quality of life and survival for cancer patients—and ultimately lead to their cure. To date, more than 43 therapies conducted at START centers have received FDA/EMA approval. Position Available: **Documentary Assistant \- Oncology Clinical Trials (Temporary Contract)** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare documentation for required signatures on the day of the initiation visit * Review investigator documentation ahead of close-out visits or audits * Receive documentation for ongoing clinical trials within the Unit * Update information on applicable platforms * Maintain confidentiality of clinical trial documentation * Manage electronic signature collection for trainings and ongoing clinical trials **Requirements:** * Interest in the healthcare field * Prior experience in clinical trials is preferred * Proactive individual with strong organizational skills * Excellent sense of responsibility and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain good communication with colleagues and supervisors * Intermediate level of English **Benefits** * Working days: Monday to Friday * 29 working days of vacation * Flexible compensation * Opportunity to attend fully free private English classes * December 24th and 31st are non-working days **Are you ready to join a team that will change the future of cancer treatment?** Join us in our mission to defeat cancer—one clinical trial at a time.
