We are looking for a Janitor / Maintenance Technician with prior experience as a janitor and in maintenance and repair work in masonry, plumbing, and electricity, and who is eager to join a large, stable company on a permanent basis. Responsibilities * Performing typical janitorial duties including cleaning and maintenance of common areas. * Conducting masonry maintenance and repair work in residential units. * Performing plumbing maintenance and repairs in residential units (e.g., toilet and sink repairs, leak repairs, drain cleaning, pipe repair and replacement, water heaters, etc.). * Performing electrical maintenance and repairs in residential units (e.g., circuits, wiring, intercom systems, etc.). * Repairing defects related to painting, locksmithing, and carpentry. Requirements **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Janitor / Maintenance Technician. * Proficiency in plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. * Ability to work autonomously. * Preferably residing in Málaga. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (desirable). * Motivation to join a stable, quality-focused, serious, and committed company.
