The Management and Support Unit operates within the Supply Chain Support area of ORA Andalusia and Extremadura, with the primary mission of efficiently managing payments to Public Administrations and/or individuals arising from activities carried out by other processes within the area, as well as providing operational support to internal procedures and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Training Objectives During the internship, the student will: Organizational Management: Participate in the administrative management of payments, coordinate with internal units, and prepare necessary information to ensure correct execution of operational processes. Data Analytics: Support data analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI, producing reports to facilitate decision-making and monitoring of the area’s activities. Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies: Collaborate in implementing digital tools to automate processes, optimize workflows, and improve document traceability. Key Competencies: Develop organizational ability, analytical thinking, continuous improvement orientation, effective communication, autonomy, and collaborative teamwork. Process Innovation: Identify opportunities for improving internal procedures, contributing to simplifying administrative tasks and promoting digital solutions within the area. ‍ Mentoring and Follow-up Specialized tutoring with continuous support.
