To continue delivering the best experience to our network of partners and customers, we are seeking to hire a Customer Service Assistant / Specialist. **Position Description:** We are looking for a motivated, organized individual with a strong customer orientation to join our support department. You will be responsible for managing direct communication, resolving operational queries, and ensuring every interaction meets our quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Handling and resolving customer inquiries via email and digital channels. Performing administrative tasks arising from customer service activities. Tracking requests, updating their status, and supporting incident management. Coordinating with internal departments to expedite information flow. **What We Are Looking For? (Requirements):** Fluent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. Proficient use of basic computer tools and email applications. Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment (valued). **What We Offer?** Work modality: Telecommuting / Remote (possibility to perform duties from any location in Spain).
