Maintenance Coordinator

Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What we are looking for** At Cosentino, a global leader in innovative surfaces for architecture and design, we are seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator** who will actively contribute to ensuring the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of our production facilities. This role is key to guaranteeing the proper functioning of equipment, planning preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. If you are passionate about technical work, team management, and want to be part of a company experiencing constant growth and innovation, this is your opportunity.**Your main responsibilities** * Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Use SAP to create, assign, and monitor work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. * Coordinate and supervise technical staff and external contractors. * Ensure repairs and maintenance are carried out according to quality and safety standards. * Analyze maintenance and equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Promote a safe and healthy working environment. * Generate performance and equipment status reports for management. * Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising maintenance quality, such as negotiating with suppliers and implementing predictive maintenance practices. **What you need to succeed** Education: * Industrial Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or equivalent. Work Experience: * Proven work experience as a maintenance coordinator or technician, minimum 4 years. * Practical experience with industrial machinery and auxiliary devices such as printers, dryers, ovens, loading machines. * Ability to solve problems and provide clear instructions within a Lean Manufacturing environment. * Office: Sap Maintenance Module (advanced), Excel (advanced), Power Bi (basic), Project (advanced), PowerPoint (advanced). * Customer-oriented attitude. **What we offer** A stable position within an industry-leading company. You will be responsible for coordinating the mechanics on your shift during daily corrective tasks as well as planned plant shutdowns.
