Your responsibilities include: Advising customers and supporting them before, during, and after the sale – with passion, customer orientation, and expertise Actively selling our products, accessories, and related services Convey your passion for our products and solutions to our customers and show them all the possibilities they offer. Inspire new ideas. Proactively interact with customers and resolve their inquiries. Support the presentation and maintenance of the point of sale Create an attractive shopping environment **As part of the Customer Service and Cashier team**, your main responsibilities will be: Carry out all activities related to the cash register and customer service following defined policies, systems, and procedures. Provide friendly customer service and resolve any questions or concerns the customer may have Strictly adhere to established procedures in all areas, especially regarding cash handling and security **As a fulfillment employee (m/f/d)**, you will ensure the predefined availability of products in the sales area and thus guarantee the best customer experience. Your responsibilities include: Ensure smooth goods receipt and organize outgoing shipments with service orientation. Restock and maintain shelves, trays, and containers according to the specified concept Execute the in-store pickup process Provide support with returns Efficiently and seamlessly carry out logistical processes in coordination with the store manager. Ensure cleanliness and order at the point of sale. ### **Your profile** You love interacting with people, are passionate about innovative technology, and enjoy selling.
