Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What we are looking for** As a LEAN & Continuous Improvement professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the use, implementation, and sustainability of LEAN methodologies, identifying waste in the production process and proposing improvements to optimize it. Location: Cantoria, HQ (Almería)**Your main responsibilities** * Identify and lead improvement initiatives to drive the implementation of best practices at the workplace. * Create process maps (VSM), identifying wastes or mudas and proposing improvements aimed at reducing / eliminating them. * Train and guide UA members in adopting Lean tools, providing technical guidance and ensuring correct project execution. * Team training * Initial diagnosis of factories/workshops * Management of mLean application (reports, implementation of improvements and support with incidents) * Management of cross-functional tasks with different departments such as Systems, Data, CDG, Automation, Formulation, QUIVU, PQA, etc. * Implementation and monitoring of dashboards to track key factory indicators **What you need to succeed** **Education:** Higher University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar Green Belt/Lean practitioner Experience in problem solving, 5Ss, SMED Implementation of meeting routines and audits **Personal skills:** Teamwork skills and communication and influence abilities, leadership in complex improvement projects Ability to manage multitasking and implement Lean strategies at organizational level Autonomy, proactivity, motivation and responsibility **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in these functions and mastery of all Lean Manufacturing tools, including VSM (Value Stream Mapping) Experience managing teams and large-scale projects Six Sigma Data Analysis **Language:** Intermediate level of English and Spanish**What we offer** Stable project within a leading company in the sector **About Cosentino** At COSENTINO our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
