Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions before they escalate. * **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development and system integration. * Solid experience in integration architectures: REST, event-driven systems, Kafka. * Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java, Node.js, or similar. * Demonstrable experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar). * Knowledge and application of CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments. * Proven ability to resolve complex technical incidents. * Commitment to standards, best practices, and code quality. * Profile with technical leadership capability and recognized as a team reference. Minimum English level B2 (mandatory). * **Nice-to-have:** * Experience in legacy code refactoring and continuous improvement. * Focus on quality, defect reduction, and performance metrics. * Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack or similar). * Exposure to high-level architectural design and technical decision-making. * Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers.
