Requires professional proficiency in English and Spanish. **Job Description:** Prosegur Crypto, a business unit of Prosegur Cash, S.A., specializing in secure cryptocurrency services across multiple jurisdictions, is seeking two talented Project Managers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a project from its inception to completion, ensuring that objectives, budget, and timelines are met. Your responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring the project; managing cross-functional teams; controlling the budget; assessing and mitigating risks; and guaranteeing the quality of the final product or service. * Definition, coordination, and planning of projects. * Management of the assigned budget, vendors, stakeholders, and technical team. * Full project management, considering all necessary aspects based on the project's complexity/scope. * Analysis and understanding of business processes. * Identification of impacts, whether between systems or business areas. * Execution of required communications within the project context. * Planning and coordination with all involved teams (internal and vendor). * Tracking and reporting of project progress. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Certification in Scrum Master, Project Management (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile is desirable. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. * Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications to facilitate estimations. * Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize, contributing positively to interdepartmental collaboration. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset. * High degree of responsibility and commitment to work and its outcomes. * Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
