We are looking for an Installation Engineer to join our team! Location: Madrid (28005\) Work mode: On-site Salary: €30,000 \- €42,000 gross/year Working hours: 09:00 \- 14:00 / 15:00 \- 18:30 ✈️ Willingness to travel ### **What will be your mission?** We seek to hire a Technical Installation Engineer with advanced English to participate in the technical management and development of projects—from the initial tender phase through execution and commissioning. ### **️ Your main responsibilities:** * Technical study of projects during the tender phase. * Selection and analysis of subcontractor proposals. * Evaluation of bids and preparation of final proposals. * Support to the project team during procurement and production phases. * Review of contractual conditions and scope of work. * Technical progress monitoring of projects: * Workshop drawings. * Technical data sheets. * Reports. * Planning. * Coordination of installation subcontractors and civil works teams. * Supervision of on-site installation execution. * Review and control of subcontractor certifications. * Support regarding Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental matters. * Planning and monitoring of the Testing & Commissioning phase. ### **What are we looking for?** * Engineering degree (preferably Industrial Engineering, with specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Advanced English and ability to conduct professional conversations. * Experience in managing and monitoring installation projects. * Willingness to travel. ### **What do we offer?** ✅ Stable project with long-term career prospects. ✅ Company mobile phone. ✅ Work-life balance plan. ✅ Flexible compensation plan. ✅ Life insurance starting from the second year of employment.
