We are currently seeking a Construction Document Management Technician for a telecommunications services provider based in Madrid. **Your Responsibilities:** **1\. Document Control and Organization** * Manages drawings, contracts, permits, certificates, technical reports, etc. * Classifies and archives documents systematically (digitally and/or physically). * Keeps documentation updated according to changes occurring during construction. **2\. Version Control** * Ensures all teams always work with the latest versions of drawings and documents. * Records modifications and revisions. **3\. Permit and Regulatory Compliance Management** * Verifies that documentation complies with current legal regulations. * Coordinates permits, authorizations, and mandatory documentation. **4\. Inter-Team Coordination** * Acts as liaison among architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and public administration. * Facilitates access to necessary information for each stakeholder. **5\. Project Tracking** * Monitors document-related project milestones. * Ensures timely delivery of reports and documentation as per established deadlines. **6\. Digitization and Document Management Systems** * Uses specialized platforms (BIM, document management software, etc.). * Digitizes documentation and ensures its accessibility. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule; Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Salary: €25,000–€28,000, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience. * Start date: As soon as possible. * Location: **Fuencarral/El Pardo** **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum academic qualification: Administrative Vocational Training (FP Administrativo). * Minimum two years’ professional experience performing similar duties. * Proficiency in digital tools: Expertise in document management software, BIM platforms, and office applications (Excel, SharePoint, etc.). * Time management and planning: Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of documentation and reports. * Regulatory knowledge and compliance: Capability to interpret and apply relevant legal regulations, permits, and sector-specific documentation requirements (particularly in construction or engineering). * Communication and teamwork: Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders (architects, engineers, clients, public administration) and facilitate smooth information flow. * Possession of a disability certificate indicating a minimum disability rating of 33%. * Updated unemployment registration (Demandante de Empleo). * Immediate availability.
