The position involves distributing packages within the Vicálvaro area. Key responsibilities include efficiently loading the van to ensure shipments are organized and secure. Deliveries are then carried out following established routes, adhering to scheduled hours and driving cautiously while complying with traffic and road safety regulations. To optimize performance, route planning is essential, and all deliveries must be completed on time. During deliveries, customers must be treated professionally, including managing signatures or addressing any incidents. Each workday begins with verifying the cargo, documentation, and vehicle condition. Daily organization is critical for smooth operations. This role forms part of the final leg of the logistics chain and is essential for ensuring correct package delivery. Work is conducted independently during the route, within a broader operational structure. The contract is part-time, totaling 30 weekly hours, in a dynamic environment where punctuality and efficiency are highly valued. Traffic and road conditions are constant factors requiring attention. Immediate availability for commencement is required. A valid driver's license with at least one year of validity and a minimum of six active points is mandatory. Demonstrable experience working as a package delivery driver within the past two months is also required.
