Country Spain Province Madrid \- Madrid Application Deadline 10/07/2026 Category Project Management, Fundraising **NGO Information** Karibu Association **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response rate: 91.28% **info** **Objective** ------------ The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, formulation, planning, monitoring, and technical justification of the organization's projects and programs, as well as for identifying and analyzing public and private grant calls at national, regional, local, and European levels. Additionally, they will participate in drafting grant proposals, seeking funding, and raising public, private, and donation-based resources, while ensuring the proper implementation of activities across Karibu Association’s various centers and programs. They will also serve as Volunteer Coordinator, managing and supporting volunteers, and guaranteeing their integration, follow-up, and participation in the organization’s activities. Main Responsibilities: * Search for, identify, and analyze public and private grant calls at national, regional, local, and European levels. * Design, formulate, and draft projects, programs, and grant proposals. * Plan, technically monitor, and evaluate activities. * Manage, monitor, and justify grants. * Seek and raise public, private, and donation-based resources. * Coordinate activities across Karibu Association’s programs and centers. * Manage, welcome, monitor, and coordinate volunteers. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation for funders. * Coordinate with management, administration, and the technical team to ensure proper project execution. **Profile:** Degree in Social Sciences, Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, Social Integration, Development Cooperation, or related fields. Prior experience in managing, formulating, monitoring, and justifying projects and grants. Experience in searching for and analyzing public and private grant calls. Knowledge of migration processes and particular sensitivity toward the realities of the African continent. Commitment to the rights of migrants, equal treatment, and non-discrimination on religious, cultural, ethnic, or any other grounds. Ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments and work with diverse profiles and realities. Experience in volunteer coordination. Ability to draft proposals, technical reports, and memoranda clearly and rigorously. Organizational, planning, and goal-oriented working skills. Communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in office software and digital environments. Experience in social intervention, migration, social inclusion, or cooperation projects will be valued.
