Prior experience in managing, formulating, monitoring, and justifying projects and grants. Experience in searching for and analyzing public and private grant calls. Knowledge of migration processes and particular sensitivity toward the realities of the African continent. Commitment to the rights of migrants, equal treatment, and non-discrimination on religious, cultural, ethnic, or any other grounds. Ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments and work with diverse profiles and realities. Experience in volunteer coordination.
