Performance Test Engineer (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner) | Remote

We are expanding our team! Azertium IT is looking for you! We urgently need a **Performance Test Engineer** with at least 4 years of experience in this role and within the IT sector to join our team, which offers significant challenges, a strong track record, and professional growth. Work mode: fully remote, with the possibility of visiting our Madrid office approximately once per month. Occasional travel to European Union countries (maximum 3 days every 2\-3 months). Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and execute performance tests. * Monitor and analyze obtained results. * Define performance metrics and KPIs. * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements. * Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams. * Participate in projects developed using Agile methodologies. Requirements: * At least 4 years of experience in non-functional testing, especially performance testing. * Experience with tools such as: JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or other equivalent tools. * Experience defining and monitoring performance metrics. * Practical knowledge of Linux. * Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (GitLab preferred). * Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
