TECH LEAD JAVA / SPRING BOOT (REMOTE)

**Description:** ---------------- **We’re looking for the IT Lead who won’t melt under pressure (or under 40°C)! We need a highly technical profile with Backend development experience, eager to become the team’s technical reference and participate in strategic projects. What will be your mission? * You’ll be the technical reference for development (like the lighthouse guiding the team). * You’ll collaborate with business units and development teams to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction. * You’ll design and drive improvements in processes and applications. * You’ll participate in the definition and integration of APIs. * You’ll help ensure technical and functional components fit together seamlessly—no last-minute storms. Your technical suitcase this summer should include: * **Java 8 + Spring Boot.** * **Microservices.** * **JBPM (or ability to master it quickly).** * **API Connect or experience defining APIs using OpenAPI/YAML.** * **JBoss (or ability to adapt easily).** * **SQL / PL-SQL.** * **Complex queries, joins, subqueries, and relational modeling.** * **DBeaver or similar tools.** If you bring any of these "extras", even better: * **Liferay.** * **MuleSoft or integration/API Management platforms.** * **Experience leading teams or acting as a technical reference.** What do we offer? * Fully remote work (though occasional visits to Jaén or Córdoba would be a plus). * Salary commensurate with your profile. * Advanced English is valued but not mandatory.
