Buscamos una persona organizada, analítica, con dominio de herramientas digitales y capacidad para coordinar equipos y garantizar la correcta certificación del servicio ante el cliente. * Controlar y supervisar directamente todos los servicios prestados por los operarios: utilización del programa informático de gestión, elaboración del informe basado en listados del programa, conocimiento de programas de sistemas de información geográfica (QGIS o similares) * Asumir todas las funciones encomendadas al jefe de servicio en su ausencia: contacto con los proveedores para reparación de vehículos, revisiones y reposición de materiales (escobas, cepillos, bolsas, productos de limpieza, etc.) * Representar a la empresa en todos aquellos asuntos menores relacionados con el contrato. * Asumir la dirección y organización de los trabajos desarrollados: cuadrantes diarios, partes de trabajo, partes de ausencias, elaboración del cuadrante anual incluidas las vacaciones… (todos estos trabajos apoyados por el/la auxiliar administrativo/a) * Mantener relaciones permanentes con la dirección técnica de medio ambiente municipal y atender las demandas formuladas por dicha dirección. * Supervisar la realización de los distintos servicios y actividades del taller, impartiendo las directrices necesarias para su correcto desarrollo. * Deberá estar localizable y disponible, mediante teléfono móvil, las 24 horas del día, ante cualquier incidencia o contratiempo que surja (contará con flexibilidad horaria durante la semana para conciliar su vida personal y familiar, sin exceder las horas laborales semanales establecidas en el contrato)
