




From **Grupo Mimara**, we are seeking **geroculturists** to join our multidisciplinary team at our elderly care center located in Belalcázar: **Responsibilities:** \- Support the interdisciplinary team in welcoming and receiving new users, assisting in developing and monitoring individualized care plans. \- Carry out scheduled interventions aimed at covering users’ basic activities of daily living. \- Collaborate in planning, organizing, and implementing preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. \- Maintain users’ personal hygiene. Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as medical and care equipment. \- Provide and administer food, facilitating ingestion where necessary. \- Perform postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical training. \- Accompany, supervise, and support residents during transfers. \- Collaborate with healthcare staff in administering medication. \- Provide support in caring for residents with catheters and colostomies, as well as in administering enteral feeding via syringe, under nursing supervision. \- Stimulate users’ communication and promote their daily functioning and social integration. **Requirements:** \- Qualification as a Technician in Care for Dependent Individuals or as a Nursing Assistant, or the Professional Certification in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \- Prior experience in a similar role is valued. \- Availability to work night shifts. \- Vocation for caring for older adults, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong communication skills. **What We Offer:** \- Integration into a committed team within a professional environment focused on the well-being of older adults. \- Temporary full-time contract, with potential for continuation based on performance and center needs.
