Dress to live, dress to last.* **Your mission** You will be Silbon’s in-store ambassador: the person who connects with customers, advises them thoughtfully, and transforms every visit into a memorable experience. **What you’ll do** * Greet customers with your warmest smile. * Advise customers with passion and in-depth product knowledge, creating personalized styling solutions. * Contribute proactively and positively to your team’s sales goals. * Maintain the store space in perfect condition: organization, restocking, and visual merchandising according to Silbon guidelines. * Actively participate in store life: product management, warehouse tasks, visual merchandising, seasonal transitions, and achieving major sales successes alongside your colleagues. * Learn and grow: we’ll train you on products, tailoring, KPIs, and customer service. **What we’re looking for** * Prior experience in customer service or sales (ideally in fashion, though not mandatory). What matters most is your attitude. * Strong customer orientation, results-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. * STORE LOCATION: El Corte Inglés Pintor Sorolla * STORE HOURS: (Note: Our schedules may vary between summer/winter) * SCHEDULE TYPE: Rotating shifts / Weekends **Contract and working hours: full transparency** We want to be honest with you from day one—because trust is built this way. **Your base contract is for 20 hours per week** — a schedule that, during lower-activity months, gives you flexibility to organize your time, rest, and enjoy life outside the store.
