To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Aeronautical Maintenance Technician Helper B1, permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The Aeronautical Maintenance Technician Helper B1 provides direct support in aeronautical maintenance operations conducted under EASA/FAA Part 145 regulations. The Helper assists technicians in tasks related to aircraft mechanics and systems, following established procedures and providing basic technical support. Their role focuses on collaborating in maintenance interventions, facilitating correct work execution, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Assistance in Part 145 maintenance operations:** Support in aircraft and engine maintenance tasks, adhering to regulations, customer protocols, and manufacturer documentation—including testing, fault diagnosis, and authorized minor interventions. * **Support in disassembly, inspection, and assembly:** Collaboration in disassembling, identifying, verifying, labeling, and subsequently reassembling mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural components—ensuring conformity and proper functionality. * **Technical monitoring and control:** Assistance in tracking part status, complying with technical specifications, performing basic adjustments, and monitoring processes defined in engine management. * **Operational coordination with other departments:** Cooperation with aircraft storage and engine maintenance services, preparation of required supplies, and support for maintenance of engines in storage. * **Traceability and communication:** Recording and reporting of parts, incidents, and completed work; transmitting information to the team leader; and signing work orders associated with minor operations. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** Adhering to safety instructions, using personal protective equipment, promoting workplace safety, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. **Job Requirements:** A **Higher Vocational Training Degree in Turbine-Engine Aircraft Aeromechanical Maintenance** is required. A **basic level of English** is required to interpret technical documentation; a higher level facilitating international communication is especially valued.
