Job Summary: We are seeking an International Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management in renewable energy, serving as the key contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction and fulfillment of commitments. Lead coordination and information flow among different internal departments, as well as manage the client relationship from order placement through successful commissioning of delivered equipment. Lead the scheduling and follow-up of meetings for project coordination and supervision, preparing minutes to document such meetings and agreed-upon commitments. Perform project development monitoring and control, identifying potential deviations and making decisions or driving actions necessary to meet the project schedule. Supervise and ensure proper control and collection of all internal and external project-related information and documentation. Supervise and control project-related accounting to issue invoices and manage withholding tax exemptions as required. Supervise coordination and execution of manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to guarantee fulfillment of company commitments to clients. Collaborate with the pre-sales department in analyzing project specifications and requirements. Prepare and develop project progress and/or status reports. Report to managers and/or directors on project development (progress, hours, costs, planning, certification status, timelines, etc.). Establish and maintain client relationships, conveying Power Electronics’ culture and values, while fulfilling commitments, policies, and practices outlined in our accepted corporate ethics framework. Carry out all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor—both those associated with one’s own area and those linked to other departments—to ensure smooth workflow. Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix regarding occupational health and safety (P14\.130S\-F01\). Manage attendance and/or absence tracking and review for teams under one’s area of responsibility.**Academic Qualifications** ------------- Bachelor’s and/or university degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Renewable Energy. Your Impact As an International Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions, serving as a key reference point for both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end project management—from order placement through commissioning. * Act as the primary client contact, ensuring their needs and satisfaction. * Coordinate communication and information flow among internal departments. * Plan, monitor, and control projects, managing deviations and solutions. * Lead follow-up meetings and ensure commitment tracking. * Supervise costs, budgeting, invoicing, and achievement of financial milestones. * Manage risks, documentation, and operational coordination (manufacturing, procurement, logistics) to guarantee deadlines and commitments. We seek candidates with: * Education: Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering. * Experience: At least five years in project management, ideally within industrial environments. * Languages: English at B2 level or higher.
