We are seeking a **Quality Manager / Lead Inspector** with extensive experience to lead quality assurance activities in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) project environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing supplier qualification, manufacturer audits, and supply chain risk management, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. The role involves continuous interaction with multidisciplinary teams and international suppliers, as well as preparing reports and presenting results to senior management (Head of Project). Experience in demanding industrial sectors such as automotive, energy, batteries, or heavy industry is highly desirable. **Requirements** Minimum **15 years of professional experience** in construction, manufacturing, or industrial project environments. At least **5 years in leadership roles**, managing supplier qualification teams, audits, or supply chain assurance. Proven experience in **EPC project environments**, preferably in sectors such as automotive, energy, batteries, or heavy industry. Solid knowledge of: * Quality management systems (**ISO 9001, ISO 19011**) * Supply chain risk management * Contractual management principles Experience in **KPI-based supplier performance monitoring and management**. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present results to senior leadership. **High level of English (spoken and written)**.
