WE ARE LOOKING FOR: At Magic World, we need to incorporate an Assistant Restaurant Manager into our hotel establishments in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). You will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment and become part of a continuously expanding company. Contract Type: Fixed-term intermittent contract. Working Hours: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Adhere to standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with defined quality and service standards. * Manage the restaurant’s front-of-house team: supervise service delivery. * Review reservations and organize table assignments. * Advise guests and take orders. * Monitor inventory levels of restaurant storeroom supplies. Requirements * Education: High school diploma or vocational training (FP) related to the position. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in this role, preferably in high-volume hotels (serving large numbers of guests). * Good command of English; knowledge of a second language is an asset. * Guest-oriented mindset with a highly operational profile. * Strong commercial skills. * Leadership capabilities for team management. * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management.
