VALENCIA, ES **\#job\-location.job\-location\-inline { display:** inline; } 1 sept 2026 Job Responsibilities **Job Mission:** Reporting directly to the General Management, you will serve as the liaison between the company and the client in Saudi Arabia. Your primary objective will be to plan, execute, and oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and aerospace quality standards, while coordinating both internal departments and direct client relations. **Main Responsibilities:** Internal cross-departmental coordination: Lead and align key company departments involved in the project: Flight Operations, Maintenance (MRO), Training, and Ground Operations. Client management: Act as the primary and trusted point of contact for the client in Saudi Arabia, managing their expectations and ensuring maximum satisfaction. Project lifecycle management: Monitor contract progress (milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables) throughout the 5-year duration of the program. International travel: Conduct periodic trips to Saudi Arabia for follow-up meetings, audits, and on-site supervision. Education **Minimum Requirements:** **Education:** Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent. Specialized training: Courses or certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalents). **Experience:** Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the aerospace, defense, or large-scale industrial sectors. **Availability:** Immediate availability to join and full flexibility for periodic international travel. **Skills:** Excellent communication skills, team leadership ability, cross-cultural negotiation capability, and resilience. Languages **Languages:** Very high level of English (C1/C2), both spoken and written (mandatory, as it will be the official working language with the client) Computer Skills Proficiency in project management software.
