You will join a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality technical support, managing systems, and maintaining networks within a dynamic environment full of daily challenges. Responsibilities include resolving incidents onsite, remotely, or via telephone; installing and configuring Windows operating systems; managing users in Active Directory; repairing and maintaining computer equipment; and collaborating to ensure proper operation of Ethernet networks. You will also participate in system administration and security tasks. Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory) and solid knowledge of microcomputer technology are required. Familiarity with Ethernet networks and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with MDM and antivirus administration is desirable. The position is temporary, part-time, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Friday, 08:00 to 15:00\.
