Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to organize, supervise, and coordinate the daily execution of building and civil engineering works in Valencia, ensuring compliance and quality. Grupo Clave is collaborating with an established construction company specializing in building and civil engineering projects, currently undergoing growth and developing new projects in the Valencia area. We are looking to hire a: Site Manager The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and coordinating daily on-site work execution, ensuring adherence to the defined schedule, proper execution of tasks, and control over teams and subcontractors — all in coordination with the Project Manager. Responsibilities: * Organization and supervision of daily on-site work. * Coordination of operative teams and subcontractors at the worksite. * Monitoring compliance with the schedule established by the Project Manager. * Supervision of correct work execution according to drawings and technical specifications. * Control of materials on site (reception, storage, usage, and warehousing). * Review of layout surveys and support in their implementation. * Identification and reporting of technical issues arising during execution. * Monitoring of productivity and tracking of work progress. * Coordination among various trades present on site. * Ensuring compliance with established quality standards. * Supporting measurement of completed works for certifications. * Supervising compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager (3 years’ experience considered an asset). * Experience in building and/or civil engineering works. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and construction execution. * Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors. * Strong organizational, leadership, and on-site problem-solving skills. * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations in construction. * Technical training related to construction is an asset. * Availability to work on site within the province of Valencia.
