Position Summary: Eosol Group is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for Mechanical Installations with experience in project management and execution, particularly in industrial buildings and data centers (CPDs). DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to incorporate into its team a Senior Construction Manager for Mechanical Installations with a solid track record of 4 to 6 years in project management and execution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial building projects, with particular preference given to experience involving Data Processing Centers (CPDs); however, this is not an exclusionary requirement. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Construction Management:** Direct and supervise the proper execution of work related to ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems, including refrigerant handling. * **Technical and Drawing Supervision:** Analyze and supervise development drawings, ensuring alignment with the intended design. Familiarity with BIM environments—specifically REVIT—for engineering supervision and faithful project execution is highly valued. * **Design and Planning:** Actively collaborate on technical design with the drafting team, manage layout surveys, and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions. * **Cost and Quality Control:** Review work progress jointly with the team, plan execution of subsequent phases (scheduled for June), and conduct thorough monitoring of project costs. * **Team Coordination:** Lead and coordinate on-site work teams, fostering a collaborative environment and high operational efficiency. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all operations strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as project technical specifications. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager or in roles of comparable responsibility within mechanical installations. * **Training:** Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention Course. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in mechanical installations, with special emphasis on ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems. * **Software Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Navisworks for project management and supervision. * **BIM Environment:** Experience and knowledge of BIM environments—especially REVIT—for engineering supervision is considered a strong asset. * **Work Methodology:** Full on-site presence required. * **Location:** This position is based in Valencia. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and team management capability. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and decision-making capacity.
