Position Summary: Eosol Group is seeking a Junior Site Manager for Mechanical Installations to manage and execute projects, supervise technical implementation, and coordinate on-site teams. DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to incorporate into its team a Junior Site Manager for Mechanical Installations with 1\-2 years of experience in project management and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial building projects, with particular preference given to experience involving Data Processing Centers (DPCs), although this is not an exclusionary requirement. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Site Management:** Direct and supervise the proper execution of ductwork, piping, and refrigeration system installations, including refrigerant handling. * **Technical and Drawing Supervision:** Analyze and supervise development drawings, ensuring alignment with the designed project. Familiarity with BIM environments—specifically REVIT—is highly valued for engineering supervision and faithful project execution. * **Design and Planning:** Actively collaborate with the drafting team on technical design, manage layout surveys, and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. * **Cost and Quality Control:** Review work progress with the team, plan execution of subsequent phases (scheduled for June), and conduct thorough project cost tracking. * **Team Coordination:** Lead and coordinate on-site work teams, fostering a collaborative environment and high operational efficiency. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all operations strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as project technical specifications. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience. * **Training:** Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention Course. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in mechanical installations, with particular emphasis on ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems. * **Software Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience using Navisworks for project management and supervision. * **BIM Environment:** Experience and knowledge in BIM environments—especially REVIT—for engineering supervision are considered a strong asset. * **Work Methodology:** Full-time on-site presence required. * **Location:** This position is based in Valencia.
