We’re looking for you to join our team at Vidext! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Develop and optimize prospecting strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets * Identify potential companies and build relationships with key decision-makers * Contact leads via multiple channels: phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital networking * Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team * Identify market needs and share insights with the expansion team * Present Vidext’s value proposition persuasively * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve processes and results * Keep the CRM updated and ensure a robust sales pipeline REQUIREMENTS **The profile we’re seeking:** * At least 1 year of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in similar roles * Experience in consultative B2B sales * Strong communication skills and ability to identify customer needs * Clear results orientation and commitment to achieving goals * Interest in technology and ability to understand AI-based solutions * Residency in Valencia or ability to work in a hybrid model **What would be a plus?** * Experience selling to HR, Training, or L\&D departments * Background in sectors such as SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or corporate training * Prior experience in startups or scale\-ups * Professional-level English proficiency * Proactivity and autonomy in daily tasks * Negotiation and win\-win agreement closing capabilities * Adaptability to changing, high-growth environments * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration * Customer focus and commercial excellence **What do we offer at Vidext?** * Competitive salary, based on your experience and performance during the selection process. * Permanent contract from day one. * Tax-advantaged benefits: meal, transportation, and childcare allowances. * 23 vacation days to disconnect and recharge. * A young and dynamic team in a growing startup, with a collaborative atmosphere and constant support. * Professional learning and development with real opportunities for growth and training. * Work modality: hybrid * Flexible working hours and a compressed workweek on Fridays and during summer If you’re ready to be part of our story, apply now!
