We seek a candidate with strong experience in urban development and civil engineering projects for public administrations; experience in drafting urban planning projects is especially valued. Functions and Responsibilities * Drafting, reviewing, and supervising urban development projects and all associated technical documentation. * Technical and economic feasibility analysis of urban and civil engineering projects. * Land management and identification of new development and business opportunities. * Development and monitoring of projects from initial phases through execution and delivery. * Coordination and management of procedures with local, regional, and national administrations. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper project execution. * Technical monitoring and control of achievement of established objectives. * Support to the Business Development area by analyzing opportunities and preparing technical proposals. Requirements * University degree in Public Works Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Civil, Canals and Ports Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Demonstrable experience in drafting, developing, and supervising urban development and civil engineering projects for public administrations. * Knowledge of urban planning regulations, land management, and project submission procedures before public bodies. * Experience coordinating with local, regional, and national administrations. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and technical business vision. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Presto. * Experience with Navision is desirable.
