Job Summary: UCBI is seeking a proactive and methodical professional to manage HR functions, Social Security procedures, social security contributions, and labor advisory services in Valencia. Positive work environment and international team At **UCBI (Ukrainian Consulting \& Business Integration)**, a consultancy specialized in immigration, taxation, and corporate management in Spain, we continue to grow. We are looking for a proactive, methodical professional with passion for the labor and social field to join our office in **Valencia**. **Main Responsibilities** * **HR Management:** Preparation and oversight of payroll, severance payments, settlements, and arrears. * **Social Security Procedures:** Managing registrations, cancellations, and modifications via the **Sistema RED**. * **Social Security Contributions:** Calculating social insurance contributions and related billing processes. * **Employment Contracts and Disabilities:** Drafting and submitting employment contracts (**Contrat@**) and processing sick leave and accident reports (**Delt@**). * **Tax Obligations:** Preparing and filing withholding tax forms (**Models 111 and 190**). * **Strategic Advisory:** Applying collective bargaining agreements and resolving clients’ labor-related queries, delivering close, high-quality service. **Requirements** * Degree in Labor Relations or equivalent. * Experience in legal or administrative advisory services or management firms. * Possession of a personal digital certificate or authorization to act as a Social Security collaborator (Sistema RED) and with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). * Solid knowledge of labor and Social Security regulations. * Experience in labor management. * Proficiency in office software and management systems. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with foreign clients. * Knowledge of Spanish immigration regulations. **We Offer** * Joining a growing company. * Permanent contract. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment and international team. * Hybrid or on-site work mode in Valencia. * Salary commensurate with experience and professional profile. **How to Apply** Send your CV to info@ucbi.es with the subject line: **Labor Management Specialist \- Valencia**.
