Continuous training and professional development JOB DESCRIPTION We require a JUNIOR Technical Engineer to manage maintenance of the client’s building facilities located in Sagunto. As a JUNIOR Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility is to control and organize the proper execution of comprehensive facility maintenance to fully satisfy customer requirements: Your responsibilities will include support in: * Coordinating and planning maintenance execution. * Staff scheduling. * Procurement of materials and services. * Managing and verifying technical and follow-up reports. * Coordinating budget preparation. * Delivering reports and budgets. * Economic performance monitoring. Minimum Requirements: * Completed Technical Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Industrial Engineering. * Valid driver’s license. Working Hours: * 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00 Contract Duration: * Permanent REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Technical Engineering Degree Minimum Experience At least 3 years
