We are currently seeking a **Technical Office Manager** to collaborate with us on **an upcoming linear civil engineering construction project**. If you have prior experience in infrastructure projects, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Analysis and review of construction project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications. * Preparation of detailed component breakdowns, quantity take-offs, and volume calculations. * Development of technical documentation for field execution. * Support for construction planning and milestone tracking. * Monitoring of productivity, progress, and technical deviations. * Management of project modifications and change orders. * Technical coordination with site managers, foremen, and subcontractors. * Review of as-built and execution drawings. * Technical support during setting-out activities and resolution of incidents. * Preparation of technical reports and progress updates. **Requirements:** * Prior experience performing similar tasks in road/linear construction projects. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (minimum 60-hour course). * Technical education in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Highways and Public Works), Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project needs. **What We Offer:** * **Stability**: In a pleasant and sustainable work environment. * **Continuous Training**: Customized training plans tailored to your role. * **Flexible Compensation**: Transport allowance, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare support, and training benefits. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
