We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician in Lleida to further drive the development of our internal talent. **Key responsibilities include:** Managing construction projects and providing technical support and maintenance at the IT/automation level, analyzing and proposing appropriate, high-quality solutions or alternatives aligned with each project’s context. Coordinating external contractors to ensure service quality. Providing domain-specific support to group plants—by phone, remotely, or on-site. Developing new functionalities for the MES or ERP system. Implementing MES or ERP functionalities in new facilities. Proposing improvements to the MES or ERP system. Providing technical support for the MES or ERP system. Providing technical support as backup to the IT department. If applicable, acting as a preventive resource. If applicable, acting according to Grupo La Meta’s self-protection plan. Maintaining order and cleanliness of equipment and facilities assigned to you. Performing any other tasks assigned to you that contribute to fulfilling your mission effectively. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Vocational Training in IT / Automation or equivalent **Desirable:** At least 1–3 years’ experience performing similar tasks.
