Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Worker with a quality-oriented approach and people management focus to perform cleaning tasks across various facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning facilities. 2. Various cleaning tasks, including window cleaning and disinfection. 3. Preference given to training in cleaning and experience working with people with disabilities. Fundació Privada Ilersis seeks to incorporate a CLEANING WORKER into our professional team to provide cleaning services. We are looking for a person to fill a stable part-time position and become part of our organization’s project, with a quality-oriented and people management-focused approach. Main responsibilities include: Organizing the necessary materials for cleaning services; ability to carry out general cleaning tasks and specialized window cleaning; cleaning windows; cleaning offices, changing rooms, and classrooms; sanitizing and disinfecting restrooms and changing rooms; reporting incidents to the cleaning supervisor; dusting shelves, tables, ornaments, etc.; sweeping and mopping floors; recycling and waste removal. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum 1 year of experience performing cleaning tasks in facilities. * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Training in cleaning is desirable. Experience working with people with disabilities is desirable. Teamwork skills; responsibility; punctuality; commitment. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time afternoon shift (38 hours \- weekly working hours) * Additional relevant information: Full-time, 38.5 hours/week. Schedule: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays / 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday / 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
