GROUP URSA is a business group comprising several companies dedicated to animal and human nutrition. In recent years, we have diversified our activities towards the export of livestock, animal feed, fast-moving consumer goods, etc. We are one of the most important agents in the export process of bovine livestock to North Africa and the Middle East. We are seeking to incorporate an IT Technician into our Lleida team to support the digitalization needs of the group's companies. • Lead IT projects, including the design and implementation of new systems and services. • Administration of Windows and Microsoft 365 accounts. • Experience and knowledge in using Microsoft 365: Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft OneNote, etc. • Manage domains and DNS. • Network, firewall, and VPN administration. • Administration of the software: Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION \> Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Integrate Business Central with third-party applications (APIs, Web Services, etc.). • Databases. • Microsoft Azure. • Backup management. • Configuration of network and communication devices. • Resolution of incidents in computer applications and general office software: configuration, maintenance, and incidents involving equipment and servers. Installation and maintenance of computer equipment, both on-site and remotely. * Minimum 3 years of experience. Experience with Windows operating systems (desktop and servers). * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: Requirements • Technical intermediate-level degree or equivalent (preferably in the field of ICT). A university degree will be valued. • Knowledge of operation and administration of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 tools. • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. • Knowledge of resolving incidents in computer applications. • Installation and configuration of networks: Switches, Firewalls. • Ability to work in a team, communication skills, and strategic thinking. • Creativity and ability to solve problems innovatively. • Languages: Intermediate English.
