Tasks include operating screen printing and transfer machines according to the assigned production plan. Parameters such as inks, temperatures, and timing are adjusted, and autonomous quality control is performed starting from the first piece. Incidents are identified and reported, workstation order and cleanliness are maintained according to the 5S methodology, and occupational safety regulations are strictly followed. Candidates must be available to work in Valls, demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment, and adaptability to dynamic environments. The schedule consists of rotating shifts Monday through Friday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts). A personal vehicle is required to access the workplace. Prior experience is valued but not mandatory. This is a new project offering genuine prospects for continuity and internal career advancement. The gross hourly wage is €11.34.
