Your main responsibilities as a Kitchen Assistant at Sanitas Mayores will be... Support the chef in food preparation and seasoning, following instructions and coordination Operate kitchen appliances and equipment: griddle, deep fryer, refrigerator, oven, slicers, etc. Prepare dishes such as salads, combination plates, appetizers, desserts, pizzas, grilled items, as well as plating and presentation Perform cleaning tasks, general maintenance, organization of utensils and machinery, and workplace tidiness; plus dining room\/office duties: setting up and clearing dining tables What do you need? **Education:** Compulsory secondary education (ESO).
