Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager for building projects, responsible for comprehensive project management, resource optimization, and profitability maximization. Key Highlights: 1. It also has extensive experience in unique constructions such as healthcare, educational and sports facilities, hotels, and parking structures. **What will you do daily?** * Analyze and assess project modifications to maximize profitability through improvements and resource optimization—by proposing more advantageous technical solutions or reducing final costs—while fully meeting client expectations. * Plan, organize, and lead work teams; manage procurement of equipment and resources (with short- and medium-term planning) to execute the project within the agreed timeframe and quality standards, achieving maximum profitability. * Perform financial management using PMF and monthly production closing, controlling the construction budget through thorough analysis of measurements and pricing to identify deviations and implement timely corrective actions. * Maximize certifications and their subsequent management to minimize financial expenses. * Fulfill a commercial role by focusing on the client and their needs, and negotiating technical and administrative aspects of the project with the Technical Management and/or Client. * Organize documentation management for the project across all dimensions: technical, administrative, quality, and occupational risk prevention, complying with internal company procedures. * Ensure compliance with existing regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental Protection. **What would we like you to bring?** * University degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works, Technical Architecture, or Building Surveying * Minimum 5\-6 years’ experience as a Site Manager in building projects, ideally managing large-scale projects * Knowledge and experience with project management software (e.g., Project, Presto, SIG…) * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills; leadership and people management capabilities **What do we offer?** * Stable position. * Opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Company vehicle \+ Solred card * Professional development within our company. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers.
