Additionally, Grupo iLERNA is backed by an international private equity fund and has an ambitious growth plan. **Your impact** As a **PHP Developer** at ILERNA, you will lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of our internal applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our e-commerce platform on Prestashop, guaranteeing stability, security, and an excellent user experience. Your work will make a difference for internal teams and end users. **What will you do in your day-to-day?** * **Drive our e-commerce and internal applications:** You will actively participate in the technical and functional analysis of projects, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Systems teams to properly define requirements. * **Develop and optimize Prestashop:** You will design, develop, and integrate custom modules and improvements into the core code, ensuring compatibility, performance, and an excellent user experience, including new features, SEO adaptations, and mobile optimization. * **Create innovative internal solutions:** You will contribute to the development and validation of ILERNA’s proprietary tools for academic, administrative, and customer support processes, primarily using PHP with frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. * **Apply agile methodologies:** You will work within SCRUM, participating in dailies, sprint plannings, retrospectives, and refinements, closely collaborating with developers, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners. * **Ensure quality and best practices:** You will ensure code quality through version control (Git/GitLab), continuous integration (CI/CD), automated testing (PHPUnit), and code reviews. * **Communicate and document:** You will write and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and processes using tools like Jira and other internal systems, ensuring smooth communication with cross-functional teams. * **Mentor and continuously improve:** You will support junior developers and propose ongoing improvements in architecture, development processes, and performance of our technological solutions. **What are we looking for in you?** * +3 years of experience in PHP and Prestashop, with focus on SEO and REST APIs. * Development experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony) and use of Git/GitLab. * Education in Web or Multiplatform Application Development. * Knowledge of e-commerce, databases, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery). * Skills that make the difference: Analytical ability, proactivity, adaptability, and teamwork. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours: Start between 8:00-9:30 AM and end between 5:00-6:30 PM (1 hour break for lunch and recharging energy), shortened Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Flexible compensation: Meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, training benefits, and childcare allowance. * Boost your professional development with discounts across our entire educational offering: courses, vocational training, degrees, and master's programs. * Real growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding group. * Be part of an expanding organization with purpose and strong social impact. **Join key projects and take your PHP development expertise to the next level.
