




Job Summary: OSH professional responsible for promoting prevention, managing occupational risks, coordinating safety activities, investigating accidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance within an industrial environment. Reporting to the Quality and Environment Department, responsibilities include: \- Promoting, in general terms, prevention within the company and its integration into business operations. \- Collaborating with the External Prevention Service (EPS) in occupational risk assessments (ORA) and preventive activity planning. \- Implementing and monitoring actions arising from risk assessments and preventive activity planning, as well as other actions resulting from accidents, inspections, etc. \- Proposing measures for risk control and reduction or recommending escalation to higher levels based on assessment results. \- Monitoring compliance with the risk control and reduction program, and personally carrying out assigned workplace condition monitoring activities. \- Conducting basic worker information and training, as well as general information dissemination across all organizational levels. \- Performing Safety Preventive Observations (SPO), following up on implementation of actions derived from visits, and escalating when appropriate. \- Managing and coordinating PPE and work clothing. \- Managing periodic medical examinations in coordination with the External Prevention Service. \- Reviewing safety agreements with temporary staffing agencies. \- Updating first-aid kits. \- Investigating occupational accidents: reporting absences, drafting reports, planning corrective actions, and informing the Health and Safety Committee. \- Organizing and participating in Health and Safety Committee meetings. \- Reviewing the Internal Emergency Plan, managing and updating personnel designated for first aid and emergency response, and coordinating periodic emergency drills. \- Coordinating activities of contractors (CAC) regarding OSH: contacting maintenance companies to verify required documentation. **Job Requirements:** \- Qualification as a Senior Occupational Safety and Health Technician, with official university degree. \- Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (in accordance with Royal Decree 39/1997) specializing in one of the three disciplines: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. \- Minimum four years’ prior experience in similar roles, such as OSH Manager in an industrial company. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills. \- Knowledge of ISO 45001 standard. (Desirable) \- Intermediate-to-advanced level of English and/or French.
