Commitment to quality and safety We are looking for a professional to operate and maintain industrial packaging machinery in Lleida. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficiency and quality in filling and labeling, supervising production lines, and identifying and resolving incidents to minimize disruptions. Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment in compliance with hygiene regulations is essential. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a team, initiative, and rapid learning of new processes. The contract is temporary with potential conversion to permanent employment, and work is carried out on rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—from Monday to Sunday. Prior experience in industrial environments, particularly in food and beverage production, and relevant vocational training will be highly valued. We seek a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a desire for job stability. Your role will be critical in the production chain, ensuring maximum product quality and operational efficiency. You will participate in continuous improvement of packaging processes and work with modern technology. Degree, Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Medium- or Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle in food industry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, robotics, or automation—or final year of studies in these fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial environments. Attention to detail, ability to detect and resolve problems, commitment to quality and safety. Teamwork capability, initiative, capacity for learning, and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
