The ERP + Software Consultant’s mission is to optimize business management through the implementation and support of ERP solutions. Their objective is to ensure users fully leverage available technological tools, effectively integrating the ERP system, creating reports in Power BI, Excel or other platforms, utilizing complementary tools such as SharePoint and Lists, and delivering continuous consultancy and user support to guarantee efficient software usage. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver relevant insights into business performance and facilitate decision-making. Integrate and manage complementary tools to the ERP (SharePoint, Lists, shared files) to enhance collaboration and productivity. Advise on best practices for ERP and other management tools, tailoring solutions to each department’s needs. Provide technical assistance and user training, ensuring effective use of the system and its functionalities. Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, using the ERP as a key tool. Collaborate in the implementation of ERP updates and enhancements, ensuring proper functionality and adaptability to change. * Minimum 1 year of experience. University degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., Master’s in Industrial Organization) are valued.
