We are seeking an **Agricultural Unit Manager** to lead the procurement and sales activities of the unit, aiming to consolidate and grow the business within a constantly evolving environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define and implement the agricultural purchasing cooperative’s strategy, aligned with the company’s overall objectives. * Manage the team and resources of the department, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. * Coordinate with other company departments to ensure a cross-functional and integrated perspective. * Establish solid relationships with suppliers, members, and clients in the sector. * Collaborate and negotiate with our suppliers. * Analyze market data, trends, and results to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. * Drive innovation and sustainability projects within the agricultural domain. **Professional Profile:** * Degree in Agricultural Technical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years’ experience managing business units or projects within the agri-food sector. * Leadership capability, commercial vision, and results orientation. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. * Knowledge of the agricultural market (fertilizers, crop protection products, and seeds), and sensitivity towards sustainability and innovation. * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus.
