MAINTENANCE AND LEGIONELLA CONTROL OPERATOR

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance, technical maintenance, or services related to environmental prevention and control. The goal is to hire a versatile individual with a proactive attitude and motivation to grow within a stable professional environment. Role of the person within the company: The selected candidate will primarily perform tasks related to: \- Legionella prevention and control. \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. \- Cleaning and disinfection of equipment and systems. \- Data collection and monitoring of technical protocols. \- Support in basic tasks involving electricity, plumbing, gardening, and general facility maintenance. \- Direct client interaction during field operations. \- Coordination with the technical team. \- Maintenance tasks associated with gardening and natural spaces * 2 years’ experience. Particularly valued: \- Possession of a DDD (Dangerous Goods Driver) license. \- Training or certification in legionella prevention and control treatments. \- Practical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, gardening, and general facility maintenance. \- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Essential: \- Driver's license category B. \- Ability to work autonomously and organize tasks. \- Good client relations and responsibility for assigned tasks.
