REFISA, an industrial company dedicated to manufacturing components for the railway sector, is seeking a CNC OPERATOR. The selected candidate will join the production team and will have the following main responsibilities: • Set up, program, and operate 5-axis CNC machines according to technical drawings and specifications. • Perform adjustments, tool changes, and monitor machined parts. • Check product quality using measuring instruments and tolerances. • Carry out final finishing of models using manual tools (filing, polishing, detail adjustments). • Maintain a tidy workplace and comply with safety regulations. • Collaborate with maintenance to ensure proper machine operation. * Experience: 1 year minimum in operating CNC machines (knowledge of 5-axis systems will be valued). * MEDIUM LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Skills / knowledge: Technical knowledge and abilities: \- Interpretation of technical drawings and tolerances. \- Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators). \- Manual dexterity and experience using tools for corrections and finishing. \- Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens programming will be valued.
