Welding accounts for 60% of daily work.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Crane assembly onto trucks. Assembly represents 40% of daily work. * Working with large structures. **Minimum of 3 years' prior experience required** ----------------------------------------- duties include: * Interpreting assembly drawings * Welding on chassis, cranes, and accessories * Operating overhead cranes with heavy loads * Cutting steel using angle grinders and oxy-fuel equipment * General mechanical knowledge * Fabrication and assembly of steel structures for chassis and crane supports * Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas * Maintenance of work tools * Industrial welding experience essential * Experience and knowledge in MIG/MAG welding * Desirable: Valid driver's license * Desirable: Crane assembly, knuckle boom cranes, and/or vehicle conversions * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00-18:00 (lunch break from 13:30-15:00) and Friday from 8:00-14:00. **Direct contract with PALFINGER.** ----------------------------------- The **contract** will be **temporary for 6 months**, with potential for extension or conversion to permanent depending on circumstances and candidate performance.
