Our Store Managers are true entrepreneurs who treat the store as their own, serve as role models for their teams, support them, train them, and actively involve them in shared objectives. To succeed, your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing your team members by planning and organizing all store staff, supported operationally by the Assistant Store Manager. Contributing to in-store assortment improvement proposals and placing orders. Establishing efficient processes (e.g., optimal merchandise placement, checkout control, in-store product preparation…). Collaborating closely with your Area Manager on decisions affecting both store sales and your team’s performance. Setting an example, pursuing your own development, training your team, and involving them in the company’s objectives. During peak work periods, stepping in as part of the team to assist with tasks such as restocking, checkout operations, baking, etc. **Requirements** * Completed vocational training (FP) or high school diploma/university degree.
