At Fundació MAP, we are seeking a Social Educator to join the People Development Team, providing support to workers at the Special Employment Centre (CET). What will you do? Welcoming and personalized follow-up of new members joining the CET. Competency-based interviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Monitoring each worker's individual competence development plans. Participate in the creation of the CET professionals' Training Plan. Organize and facilitate assemblies and participatory spaces within different sections of the Work Unit. Collaborate with the vocational counselor to facilitate transition to regular employment, focusing on personal and competence development. Participate in administrative justifications for various programs. What are we looking for? Degree in Social Education or equivalent (psychosocial field) Experience or sensitivity towards people with intellectual disabilities or functional diversity. Knowledge of labor and occupational competencies. Ability to accompany, actively listen, and motivate. Skills to work in an interdisciplinary team, with a person-centered and collaborative approach.
