The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes, ensuring efficiency while optimizing costs and delivery timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Logistics Management:** Coordinate and supervise daily operations. Ensure proper receipt, storage, and order preparation. Maintain order and cleanliness. Optimize storage space and ensure correct product placement. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor and record stock levels, conducting periodic inventories. Coordinate with purchasing to manage container unloading and ensure smooth daily warehouse operations. Supervise incoming goods to verify their condition and report any anomalies detected upon receipt. * **Team Supervision:** Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Train and develop staff to ensure compliance with established procedures. Foster a positive work environment and ensure efficient task execution. Supervise loading and unloading of goods to guarantee an agile and efficient process. * **Optimization and Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement improvements in warehouse organization and operations to optimize time and resources. Identify opportunities to enhance space utilization and workflow. Suggest tools or methodologies that facilitate inventory management and improve daily task efficiency.
