Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator to assist in material management and optimize storage processes within an industrial company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep the warehouse organized and clean 2. Ensure proper truck loading 3. Participate in physical inventories An industrial manufacturing company producing construction materials, urban furniture, and landscaping products, located in Cardedeu, requires the following: WAREHOUSE OPERATOR / FORKLIFT OPERATOR, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. OBJECTIVE: Support production goals by unloading, loading, and moving produced materials according to storage requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Maintain the warehouse in perfect order and cleanliness. \-Accurately know the products manufactured by the organization and their labeling. \-Accurately know product locations within the warehouse. \-Ensure proper truck loading and verify correct pallet packaging. \-Maintain forklifts and auxiliary loading equipment in good working and clean condition. \-Optimize truck loading to reduce waiting time. \-Participate in physical inventory counts, addressing any discrepancies that may arise. \-Monitor pallet returns and inspect their condition. \-Ensure proper segregation of waste generated by activities related to this position. \-Use the most sustainable packaging methods possible. \-Properly use health, safety, and protective equipment at the workplace. Competencies / Knowledge: \-Primary education or equivalent. \-Specific forklift operator training course. \-Personal vehicle (MANDATORY due to the company's location). \-Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. \-Skill in following instructions and executing job-related tasks. \-Capacity for learning. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Additional information: Gross annual salary: €24,000–25,000 (14 payments). Permanent contract. Main working hours: 7:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00, or 8:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00. Possibility of overtime. Gross annual salary: €27,000 (14 payments).
